A delightful dessert featuring layers of chocolate Ho Hos and silky peanut butter mousse, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 boxes (10 count each) Hostess Ho Hos
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup Reese’s Minis Peanut Butter Cups (for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding mixes and cold Fairlife Whole Milk in a large mixing bowl until thick.
- Add the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and whisk thoroughly to eliminate lumps.
- Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip to create a peanut butter mousse.
- Slice each Hostess Ho Hos into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a layer of sliced Ho Hos.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mousse over the first layer of Ho Hos.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of Ho Hos and remaining mousse.
- Frost the top with the remaining Cool Whip and top with Reese’s Minis.
- Cover and let chill overnight in the refrigerator.
Notes
For best results, chill the cake overnight to allow flavors to meld. Can assemble up to two days in advance.
