Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of chocolate Ho Hos and silky peanut butter mousse, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (10 count each) Hostess Ho Hos
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold Fairlife Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup Reese’s Minis Peanut Butter Cups (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding mixes and cold Fairlife Whole Milk in a large mixing bowl until thick.
  2. Add the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and whisk thoroughly to eliminate lumps.
  3. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip to create a peanut butter mousse.
  4. Slice each Hostess Ho Hos into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  5. Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a layer of sliced Ho Hos.
  6. Spread half of the peanut butter mousse over the first layer of Ho Hos.
  7. Repeat the layering process with another layer of Ho Hos and remaining mousse.
  8. Frost the top with the remaining Cool Whip and top with Reese’s Minis.
  9. Cover and let chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Notes

For best results, chill the cake overnight to allow flavors to meld. Can assemble up to two days in advance.
