Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed Hot Cheetos mixed with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the Hot Cheeto mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
