Description

Delicious and spicy jalapeño crescent rolls with gooey cheese filling, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly towards the point.
  5. Transfer the filled rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
