Description

A delightful pull-apart monkey bread filled with creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and spicy jalapeños, perfect for gatherings or late-night cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan generously.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Open the biscuit dough cans and cut each biscuit into quarters. Stuff each piece with a spoonful of the cheese filling and roll it into a ball.
  4. Dip each stuffed dough ball into the melted butter, coating thoroughly and layer them in the greased bundt pan.
  5. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the monkey bread to rest for five minutes before inverting it onto a plate.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
