- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan generously.
- In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the mixture is creamy.
- Open the biscuit dough cans and cut each biscuit into quarters. Stuff each piece with a spoonful of the cheese filling and roll it into a ball.
- Dip each stuffed dough ball into the melted butter, coating thoroughly and layer them in the greased bundt pan.
- Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the monkey bread to rest for five minutes before inverting it onto a plate.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
