- 1 package of sausage links
- 1 package of jalapeños (sliced and seeded)
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
- Optional: bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Assemble the bites by placing a sausage link on the wide end of each triangle, followed by a spoonful of cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the dough around the sausage and filling, tucking as you go.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can refrigerate assembled bites for a few hours before baking. Consider cooking in an air fryer for quicker results.
