Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of sausage links
  • 1 package of jalapeños (sliced and seeded)
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
  • Optional: bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into triangles.
  4. Assemble the bites by placing a sausage link on the wide end of each triangle, followed by a spoonful of cream cheese mixture.
  5. Roll the dough around the sausage and filling, tucking as you go.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
