- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Combine the cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the bacon and half of the green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with the rest of the green onions before serving.
