Description

A comforting casserole featuring roasted cauliflower, creamy cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for family gatherings or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  4. Combine the cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the bacon and half of the green onions.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with the rest of the green onions before serving.

Notes
