Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, maple syrup, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to jars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or process for longer storage.
