- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cornbread mix or rice (optional, as a base)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, melted butter, and sliced pepperoncini peppers in a large mixing bowl.
- Grease a casserole dish generously and transfer the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Serve over prepared cornbread or rice if using.
Notes
Prepare a day ahead and store in the refrigerator. Can also be made in an air fryer; just adjust time and temperature.
