Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cornbread mix or rice (optional, as a base)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, melted butter, and sliced pepperoncini peppers in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Grease a casserole dish generously and transfer the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Serve over prepared cornbread or rice if using.

Notes

Prepare a day ahead and store in the refrigerator. Can also be made in an air fryer; just adjust time and temperature.
