- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional for coating)
Instructions
- Combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped fresh herbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Beat the mixture with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball with clean, slightly moist hands.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts if desired for added crunch.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve on a platter with crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping.
