- 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Nutter Butter crust: Crush the Nutter Butter cookies and combine them with melted butter until sandy. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Make the chocolate pudding: In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Let it set until thick.
- Create the peanut butter layer: Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream.
- Layer your creation: Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the crust, followed by the peanut butter cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers: Optionally create another layer of chocolate pudding and peanut butter cream.
- Top with whipped cream: Spread remaining whipped cream over the final layer.
- Chill before serving: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
