Description

A delightful and indulgent dessert that layers creamy chocolate pudding, velvety peanut butter cream, and a crunchy Nutter Butter cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Nutter Butter crust: Crush the Nutter Butter cookies and combine them with melted butter until sandy. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Make the chocolate pudding: In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Let it set until thick.
  3. Create the peanut butter layer: Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream.
  4. Layer your creation: Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the crust, followed by the peanut butter cream mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers: Optionally create another layer of chocolate pudding and peanut butter cream.
  6. Top with whipped cream: Spread remaining whipped cream over the final layer.
  7. Chill before serving: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
