  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 cups of cold milk and the contents of the two boxes of Jell-O Lemon pudding together in a mixing bowl until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
  2. Fold half of the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture gently.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with a single layer of Honey Maid graham crackers.
  4. Spread half of the lemon pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the process by adding another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture, and then another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
