Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking pan.
  5. Turn the rested dough onto a floured surface, divide into 12 pieces, and shape into balls.
  6. Place the dough balls close together in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can use whole wheat flour for a richer taste or Greek yogurt instead of buttermilk.
