- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Grease your baking dish generously with butter or non-stick spray.
- Layer the cut croissant pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Add the diced sausage or ham, followed by the chopped onions and bell peppers.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight, covering with plastic wrap.
