  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Gravy for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Grease your baking dish generously with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Layer the cut croissant pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the diced sausage or ham, followed by the chopped onions and bell peppers.
  5. Pour the prepared egg mixture over the layered ingredients evenly.
