Description

An indulgent dessert combining caramel, chopped PayDay bars, and salted peanuts, topped with a golden yellow cake crust.


Ingredients

  • 6 full-size Hershey’s PayDay Candy Bars (roughly chopped)
  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1.5 sticks Land O Lakes Butter (sliced into very thin pats)
  • 1 cup Fisher Salted Peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish thoroughly with non-stick spray.
  2. Layer the chopped PayDay bars at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layer of candy.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix on top of the candy layer.
  5. Dot with thin pats of butter across the surface.
  6. Add the salted peanuts on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

You can prepare the cake a day in advance and reheat before serving. Consider using different chocolate bars or toppings to customize the flavor.
