Ingredients

- ½ cup granulated white cane sugar
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the peaches, sugar, cold water, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan or freezer-safe container and cover.
- Place the container in the freezer for at least 240 minutes (4 hours), or overnight for firmer texture.
- Let the sorbet thaw for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
