Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert that layers creamy vanilla mousse with sweet peaches and graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) Honey Maid Graham Crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Del Monte Sliced Peaches (well drained and chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the Jell-O Vanilla Pudding and cold milk in a large bowl until thickened (about two minutes).
  2. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish with a single layer of Honey Maid Graham Crackers.
  4. Spread half of the vanilla mousse over the crackers, reaching the edges.
  5. Scatter half of the chopped peaches over the mousse.
  6. Layer another set of crackers on top, followed by the remaining mousse and chopped peaches.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers and any leftover Cool Whip.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight.

Notes

For best flavor, prepare a day in advance. Consider using fresh peaches or substituting vanilla pudding with butterscotch or coconut pudding for a different flavor.
