Delightful Peanut Butter Cornflake Clusters that combine creamy peanut butter and crispy cornflakes for a nostalgic treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Cereal
- 1 cup Domino Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp McCormick Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the workspace: Pour the Kellogg’s Corn Flakes into a large, heat-proof mixing bowl and line your countertop with parchment paper.
- Create the syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine the Domino Granulated Sugar and Karo Light Corn Syrup. Heat over medium until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove from heat immediately.
- Incorporate the Peanut Butter: Stir in the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter and McCormick Vanilla Extract into the hot syrup. Mix until smooth and fully melted.
- Combine the warm peanut butter mixture over the corn flakes. Gently fold to ensure all flakes are coated without breaking them.
- Shape the clusters: Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let them set for about 30 minutes until hardened.
