Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey: In a large mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add rolled oats and vanilla: Gently fold in the rolled oats and vanilla extract to the mixture.

  4. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
