- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and honey: In a large mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Add rolled oats and vanilla: Gently fold in the rolled oats and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Transfer to the baking dish: Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar: Once melted, fold in the powdered sugar, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Spread and chill: Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly, then chill for at least two hours.
