Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of pineapple, cubed
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup of club soda or lemon-lime soda
  • Grilled fruit (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine white wine, pineapple juice, sliced strawberries, cubed pineapple, and orange and lemon slices in a large pitcher.
  2. Add sugar to taste if desired, and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Pour in club soda or lemon-lime soda just before serving.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with grilled fruit if desired.

Notes
