Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Incorporate the powdered sugar gradually, stirring until fully integrated.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple and walnuts, if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Slice into squares and enjoy your tropical fudge!

Notes

For a firmer fudge, drain the crushed pineapple well. Can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
