- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the powdered sugar gradually, stirring until fully integrated.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and walnuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Slice into squares and enjoy your tropical fudge!
Notes
For a firmer fudge, drain the crushed pineapple well. Can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
