Description

A nostalgic and indulgent skillet cookie made with Snickerdoodle dough, chunks of Pop-Tarts, and topped with vanilla ice cream for a warm, shareable dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (16.5 oz) Pillsbury Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough
  • 1 box (8 count) Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s Cinnamon Chips
  • 1 pint Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet generously.
  2. Combine the chilled Pillsbury Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough with the chopped Pop-Tarts and Hershey’s Cinnamon Chips in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Knead vigorously until all ingredients blend seamlessly, forming a chunky, textured dough.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the cast iron skillet, pressing down firmly.
  5. Transfer it to the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the edges turn dark golden brown and the top appears set.
  6. Add scoops of Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream on top while it’s still hot.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Mix the dough a few hours in advance and keep it refrigerated until baking.
