Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place them snugly in a baking dish.
- Mix together the tomato sauce and water in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
