- 1 box of red Jell-O (cherry or strawberry)
- 1 box of blue Jell-O (blue raspberry)
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (or gluten-free Oreos)
- Whipped cream for topping
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the red Jell-O and blue Jell-O according to the package instructions and set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until firm.
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-lock bag using a rolling pin until resembling fine dirt.
- Add a layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom of each clear cup.
- Layer velvety vanilla pudding over the Oreos evenly.
- Pour a layer of red Jell-O over the pudding.
- Add another layer of crushed Oreos.
- Follow with another layer of vanilla pudding.
- Pour on the blue Jell-O to create the final layer.
- Dollop whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
