Description

A creamy and crunchy dessert that combines the nostalgic flavors of Reese’s Puffs with rich peanut butter and sweet white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (12 oz) Nestle Toll House Premier White Morsels
  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups General Mills Reese’s Puffs Cereal

Instructions

  1. Prep your pan: Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang on two sides for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the mixture: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the Nestle Toll House White Morsels, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. Microwave the mixture in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously after each interval until completely melted, thick, and smooth.
  3. Fold in the cereal: Gently fold in 1.5 cups of the Reese’s Puffs Cereal, mixing well until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to the pan: Pour the fudge into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Press the remaining cereal into the top firmly for an extra crunchy topping.
  5. Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator for 120 minutes, or until the fudge is set and firm to the touch.
  6. Slice and enjoy: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, slice it into squares, and prepare for a delightful treat!

Notes

You can store this fudge in the fridge for up to a week or freeze it for up to three months. For a nut-free version, switch peanut butter for sunflower seed butter.
