- 1 tube (16.5 oz) Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1.5 cups Rold Gold Tiny Twists Pretzels (roughly crushed)
- 1 bag (11 oz) Kraft Caramel Bits
- 1 pint Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your 10-inch cast iron skillet with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, knead in the crushed Rold Gold Pretzels into the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
- Press the dough into an even layer at the bottom of your greased skillet.
- Press the Kraft Caramel Bits deeply into the top of the raw dough.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the caramel begins to bubble.
- Top with scoops of Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream while the skillet cookie is still hot and serve immediately.
Notes
You can prepare the dough and pretzel mixture a day in advance and bake when ready. Serve with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.
