- 1 cup Rolo candies

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl. Stir in granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the Rolo candies gently to distribute them throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Finish by sprinkling flaky sea salt on top. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
These brownies can be made a day in advance and store well at room temperature. For a twist, try adding fudge sauce or nuts.
