- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix the sauce in a bowl with cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks, returning it to the pot.
- Add pasta and cheese, cooking an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
