Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the smoked trout, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and capers until well combined.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
