Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 package Nabisco Golden Oreos
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the top with a wooden spoon handle.
  4. Whisk together the Jell-O pudding and cold milk until smooth, then pour over the warm cake.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
  6. Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter.
  7. Spread Cool Whip over the cooled cake.
  8. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs over the top and serve.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day in advance; store it covered in the refrigerator. Consider adding fresh strawberries on top of the Cool Whip for garnish.
