Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
