- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
