Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the eggs, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the cake in the pan for 10–15 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, remaining pineapple juice, and vanilla extract.
