Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10–15 minutes before inverting it onto a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, remaining pineapple juice, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake and serve.
