  1. Prep the ingredients: Hull and chop the strawberries, finely chop jalapeños (wear gloves if sensitive to spice).
  2. Combine in a pot: In a large pot, mix chopped strawberries, jalapeños, and lemon juice, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil: Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring regularly.
  4. Sweeten the mixture: Add the sugar and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  5. Incorporate the pectin: Gradually stir in the fruit pectin and bring to a rolling boil for about 1 minute.
