- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cheese (sharp cheddar, Mexican blend, or pepper jack)
- Toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, olives, avocado, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well-coated.
- Stuff each shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Prepare stuffed shells up to a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. For vegetarian options, substitute ground beef with lentils or black beans.
