Description

Delicious jalapeños stuffed with leftover brisket, cream cheese, cheddar, and wrapped in bacon, delivering an irresistible smoky and creamy flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup leftover brisket (shredded)
  • 6 jalapeños (halved and seeds removed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. Combine the leftover brisket with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the brisket mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
  6. Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Finish with BBQ sauce drizzled over the top before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the jalapeños a day in advance and refrigerate unbaked until ready to cook. Avoid overstuffing to prevent spills during cooking.
