- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
- Combine the leftover brisket with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the brisket mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
- Finish with BBQ sauce drizzled over the top before serving.
