- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread the remaining peanut sauce evenly on each.
- Top each tortilla with the chicken mixture, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
