Ingredients

- Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat.
- Quickly sear the tuna steak for about 30 seconds on each side until the outside is browned but the inside remains rare.
- Remove the tuna from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the tuna into thin pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and wasabi to create a dipping sauce.
- Place a slice of tuna in each mini spoon, drizzle with the dipping sauce, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
