- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, wasabi paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, avocado, and green onion. Mix gently to combine.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and fry them in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wonton crisps from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Top each wonton crisp with a spoonful of the wasabi tuna mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
